Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients
  • Identify and qualify leads through active listening and smart questioning
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently
  • Build strong rapport with clients to understand their real estate needs
  • Share accurate information on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or consult with our experts
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches highlighting our projects’ value proposition
  • Handle objections with professionalism and product knowledge
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build trust
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into active sales
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and industry developments
  • Educate clients to help them make informed real estate decisions

Language Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Fluent in English + Sesotho + isiZulu +Afrikaans

  • Experience in tele-sales, call center, or real estate sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools
