Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential clients
- Identify and qualify leads through active listening and smart questioning
- Use CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently
- Build strong rapport with clients to understand their real estate needs
- Share accurate information on properties, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Schedule appointments for clients to view properties or consult with our experts
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches highlighting our projects’ value proposition
- Handle objections with professionalism and product knowledge
- Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and build trust
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into active sales
- Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and industry developments
- Educate clients to help them make informed real estate decisions
Language Requirements (Mandatory):
- Fluent in English + Sesotho + isiZulu +Afrikaans
