About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives who can communicate effectively in English,Hindi & Gujarati, engage clients professionally, and contribute to sales growth. The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with clients, generating sales leads, and maintaining proper CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Communicate confidently in English,Hindi & Gujarati and explain company products/services.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Send proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages to clients.
• Create awareness about the company, exhibitions, and services.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and ensure excellent service.

Requirements

• Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking & understanding).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Prior telesales experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of CRM or willingness to learn.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Good email writing and proposal drafting skills.
