Job Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Scheduling:
  • Schedule meetings for the Senior Sales Manager by contacting potential prospects through cold calls and warm calls.
  • Confirm the availability of both the Senior Sales Manager and the prospect to finalize the meeting.
  • Follow-Ups:
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential prospects to ensure meetings are confirmed and any queries are addressed.
  • Prospecting:
  • Perform cold calling and warm calling to identify potential prospects.
  • Maintain a professional and engaging tone to build rapport with prospects.

Performance Parameters:

  • The primary performance metric will be the number of successful meetings scheduled per day.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in [specify required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Previous tele-calling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills to manage schedules and update prospect information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
