Telesales Executive

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product/service information
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
