- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product/service information
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
- Ability to handle objections professionally
- Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
