Telesales Executive

We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive – Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on interview performance)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (May extend depending on business requirements)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Eligibility: Female Candidates Only | Age up to 27 years

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Reactive Sales Executive for our family entertainment centre in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

This role involves managing inbound inquiries for birthday parties, group events, and corporate bookings. The ideal candidate must have fluent English communication skills and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings while coordinating smoothly with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, and social media leads

Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings

Maintain accurate CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead tracking

Upsell F&B packages, gaming add-ons, and event upgrades

Coordinate with banquet, operations, restaurant, and billing teams

Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on leads and conversions

Ensure clear communication and a high level of guest satisfaction

Target Expectations

Respond promptly to all incoming leads

Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets

Achieve strong upselling results

Maintain high guest satisfaction scores

Candidate Requirements

Female candidates only

Fluent English communication is mandatory

Freshers with strong communication skills may apply

Candidates with 6–12 months of experience in telesales, hospitality, events, QSR, or customer service preferred

Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities

Comfortable working on weekends and rotational shifts

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

Goal-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple inquiries
