Role Overview

The Tele Sales Executive will manage and convert all inbound leads generated through DiabloFoil’s media channels. The role requires strong communication skills and solid knowledge of cars, PPF, car wrapping, tinting, ceramic coating, and detailing, ensuring every customer receives accurate guidance and a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

  • Call and convert all leads from Meta ads, Google ads, Instagram, website, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand the customer’s car model, condition, and service needs.
  • Recommend the right services PPF, vinyl wrap, ceramic coating, tinting, de-chrome, polishing, interior protection.
  • Guide the customer through benefits of premium brands.
  • Convert enquiries into workshop visits and confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain a high follow-up discipline.

2. Car & Product Expertise

  • Explain film types: gloss, matte, satin, colour-change, self-healing PPF.
  • Discuss warranty, durability, after-care, and maintenance.
  • Understand paint conditions, car body panels, installation basics, and material differences.
  • Confidently advise customers on colour options, finishes, and what suits their car.

3. Customer Experience

  • Engage with a premium, warm, and minimal communication style.
  • Share references from DiabloFoil’s portfolio, Instagram highlights, and previous project videos.
  • Invite customers to the studio to see work, materials, and enjoy specialty coffee.
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Update CRM/WhatsApp Business with all call details.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager & Operations Manager for scheduling.
  • Submit daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure all communication follows DiabloFoil’s clean Apple-style tone.

  • Call all qualified leads received from Meta ads, Google ads, Instagram, website, WhatsApp, and other media platforms.
  • Engage customers in a professional, warm, and confident tone.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right services (PPF, wrap, ceramic, tint, de-chrome, etc.).
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments and workshop visits.
  • Maintain high closure rate through consistent follow-ups.

2. Customer Experience

  • Provide accurate information on pricing, material brands warranty, process, timelines, and after-care.
  • Share images, videos, and portfolio links to showcase DiabloFoil’s expertise.
  • Invite customers to visit our studio and enjoy specialty coffee while exploring color options.
  • Offer basic consultation on colour selection, material types, and benefits.

3. Coordination & Documentation

  • Log every lead, call outcome, and follow-up in the CRM/WhatsApp Business.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager and Operations Manager for bookings and scheduling.
  • Update daily sales reports and lead status.

4. Brand & Communication Standards

  • Use DiabloFoil’s communication tone: clean, minimal, and premium.
  • Represent DiabloFoil as a 14-year-established brand delivering top-quality materials and workmanship.
  • Ensure all messages sent to customers match the brand aesthetic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
