Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably with a track record of meeting quotas.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, including CRM software (e.g., [Specify CRM]), MS Office Suite, and telephone systems.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain professional relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
