Telesales Executive

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role, preferably with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using relevant computer programs, including CRM software (e.g., [Specify CRM]), MS Office Suite, and telephone systems.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and maintain professional relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
