JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote our healthcare services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential patients/clients over the phone, understanding their healthcare needs, and presenting our clinic and home care services as the ideal solution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and clients from provided databases and leads
- Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, and walk-ins
- Convert leads into appointments and service bookings for both clinic and home care services
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Customer Engagement:
- Understand customer healthcare needs and recommend appropriate services
- Explain clinic services including consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and wellness packages
- Promote home care services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, elderly care, post-operative care, etc.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally and empathetically
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate referrals through excellent service and rapport building
- Maintain regular communication with past clients for repeat business
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and conversions in CRM system
- Update customer information and preferences regularly
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Track and analyze call metrics and conversion rates
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on all clinic services, packages, and pricing
- Understand home care service offerings and protocols
- Keep abreast of healthcare trends and competitor offerings
- Participate in training sessions on new services and procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an advantage
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for sales may be considered
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Arabic)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Empathetic approach with good listening skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
- Good computer skills including MS Office and CRM software
- Target-oriented with strong work ethic
- Professional phone etiquette and pleasant voice
