JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote our healthcare services, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential patients/clients over the phone, understanding their healthcare needs, and presenting our clinic and home care services as the ideal solution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective patients and clients from provided databases and leads
  • Follow up on inquiries received through website, social media, and walk-ins
  • Convert leads into appointments and service bookings for both clinic and home care services
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Customer Engagement:

  • Understand customer healthcare needs and recommend appropriate services
  • Explain clinic services including consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and wellness packages
  • Promote home care services such as nursing care, physiotherapy, elderly care, post-operative care, etc.
  • Address customer queries and concerns professionally and empathetically

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate referrals through excellent service and rapport building
  • Maintain regular communication with past clients for repeat business

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and conversions in CRM system
  • Update customer information and preferences regularly
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Track and analyze call metrics and conversion rates

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on all clinic services, packages, and pricing
  • Understand home care service offerings and protocols
  • Keep abreast of healthcare trends and competitor offerings
  • Participate in training sessions on new services and procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (healthcare background preferred but not mandatory)
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an advantage

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for sales may be considered

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Arabic)
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Empathetic approach with good listening skills
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively
  • Good computer skills including MS Office and CRM software
  • Target-oriented with strong work ethic
  • Professional phone etiquette and pleasant voice
