Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Telesales Officer who will also support lead coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while managing and updating lead data to support our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient communication flow across departments.
Responsibilities:
Call Center Duties:
- Make 200+ outbound calls daily to potential clients, tenants, or owners.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Schedule viewings or appointments for agents.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed call records in the CRM system.
Lead Coordination Tasks:
- Receive, qualify, and assign leads to the correct sales or leasing agents.
- Monitor lead pipelines and follow up with agents for updates.
- Ensure timely data entry and status tracking in the CRM (e.g., Bitrix).
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to track lead-to-deal conversion.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on lead activities and progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or telesales environment (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Bitrix preferred).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Bilingual: English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
- Positive attitude and team player.
