Telesales Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote PentaExpress services.
• Generate new leads and nurture warm and cold leads into successful sales.
• Maintain and update the customer database using software.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services, pricing, and processes.

Requirements & Skills

• Fresh or 1 year of proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, but intermediate with relevant experience will be considered.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
