Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our real estate team. Freshers from other fields are welcome to apply. The role involves generating leads, handling client calls, and supporting property consultants in closing deals. Multilingual skills in Greek, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic are a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls and follow up on leads to generate property sales opportunities
- Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments for property consultants
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM
- Support property consultants in closing deals
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Director/Manager
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns
Requirements:
- Freshers from other fields are welcome
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Multilingual skills (Greek, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, Arabic) highly preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
