Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors to introduce property offerings
  • Handle inbound property inquiries and provide accurate information on location, pricing, amenities, and availability
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and readiness to purchase
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for field sales and relationship managers
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM
  • Regularly follow up with warm and interested prospects to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure updated property details are shared with clients
  • Achieve daily targets and monthly lead conversion goals
  • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and trust in all customer communications

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate (any stream)
  • Minimum 8 months of experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain positive customer interactions
  • Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
