Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors to introduce property offerings
- Handle inbound property inquiries and provide accurate information on location, pricing, amenities, and availability
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and readiness to purchase
- Schedule site visits and meetings for field sales and relationship managers
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM
- Regularly follow up with warm and interested prospects to drive conversions
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure updated property details are shared with clients
- Achieve daily targets and monthly lead conversion goals
- Maintain professionalism, clarity, and trust in all customer communications
Requirements:
- Graduate or undergraduate (any stream)
- Minimum 8 months of experience in telecalling, real estate sales, or inside sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and regional languages
- Ability to handle objections and maintain positive customer interactions
- Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up discipline
