Telesales Executive

We’re seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our travel company. You’ll be contacting potential and existing customers to promote our holiday packages, travel deals, and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients.
• Promote holiday packages, flight deals, hotel bookings, and travel insurance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings while hitting monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent pre- and post-sales service.
• Work closely with the product and operations team to ensure smooth bookings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales (Travel industry preferred)
