Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and follow up on interested customers
- Maintain and update customer details in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Coordinate with sales/operations team when required
- Ensure proper call etiquette and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Customer-focused and result-oriented
- Comfortable working with targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
