Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive who will be responsible for interacting with clients over the phone, coordinating requirements, following up on leads, and successfully closing deals. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and explain products/services clearly
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to fulfill client requirements
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to move deals forward
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and deals in CRM or tracking systems
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle basic client queries and resolve issues or escalate when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and confident telephone manner
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or client coordination
