Telesales Executive

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English. Candidates of any nationality are welcome. A telesales or inside sales background in relation with services is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls and inquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions/sales
• Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets daily
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic & English (mandatory)
• Experience in telesales / inside sales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email)
