Responsible for generating student enrollments by contacting potential leads via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, promoting courses, and achieving monthly sales targets. They must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, counseling prospective students on suitable programs while managing database records in a CRM.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a telesales executive, inside sales representative, or in a similar role, preferably in the education/training sector.
  • Digital Campaigns: Launch and manage SEO, and paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and student registrations.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow the institute’s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram engaging with potential students.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages Advantage ).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
  • Education: High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient to handling rejection
