Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Representative to join our Government Transaction Center. The ideal candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, present our services to customers, and close deals effectively. You will be responsible for guiding clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to meet sales targets, and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer and promote our services to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and present our services confidently.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide suitable solutions based on client needs and capabilities.
• Direct qualified prospects and leads to the sales team when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer information in the database.
• Consistently work toward achieving sales targets.
• Receive commission upon achieving specified targets.

Working Hours:

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Shift 2: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM

(Shift allocation will be based on scheduling.)

Working Days:

• 5 working days per week (2 days off based on shift schedule)
