Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive who can generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling and proactive lead generation.

If you are energetic, persuasive, and hungry to earn commissions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce and pitch our digital marketing services
• Identify client needs and qualify leads
• Book appointments for the senior sales team
• Follow up via phone, email, WhatsApp & LinkedIn
• Update daily activities in Zoho CRM
• Achieve monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in telesales / cold calling / B2B sales
• Strong English communication skills
• Confident in handling objections
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
