Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Female Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert enquiries into business opportunities.

This position is ideal for candidates who are confident in communication, organized, and motivated to achieve targets. Candidates on husband visa are highly preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads and databases
  • Introduce company services in a clear and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and generate qualified sales leads
  • Follow up with existing enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, or email
  • Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate daily call reports and update CRM system
  • Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers
  • Coordinate with marketing team regarding incoming leads from ads or campaigns
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and market response
  • Maintain professional communication standards during all calls

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Husband visa preferred
  • Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
  • Good communication skills in English , Malayalam and Hindi (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)
  • Ability to speak confidently and professionally with customers
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
  • Ability to handle customer questions and objections politely
  • Previous tele sales, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or service industry
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Understanding of lead generation process
  • Ability to manage daily call targets efficiently
