Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious and driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with a fluent English with a clear, professional communication style ; German speakers encouraged, who are confident communicators and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

You will be selling the services of Altara Social and Prime HR Advisory, helping clients grow their businesses through social media marketing, HR solutions, and recruitment support. If you have a strong phone presence, a persuasive communication style, and are highly motivated by earnings, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Present and sell services of Altara Social and Prime HR Advisory effectively
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • Currently based in Dubai, UAE
  • Fluent English with a clear, professional communication style ; German speakers encouraged
  • Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, business development or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Highly target-driven with a competitive mindset
  • Confident, professional, and results-oriented
  • Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing services is a plus

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
