In this role, you’ll represent Altara Social and Prime HR Advisory, offering in-demand services that help businesses grow through social media marketing, HR solutions, and recruitment support.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Confidently present and sell company services
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Fluent in English with a clear, professional communication style
- German speakers are highly encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive
- Professional, confident, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing services is a plus
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
