We are looking for a Sales Executive / Admission Counselor who will be responsible for handling student inquiries, counseling prospective students and parents, and converting leads into enrollments. The role involves both mass handling of inquiries and individual counseling, with a strong focus on follow-ups and admission closures.
The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing daily admission activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries, walk-ins, and leads
- Counsel students and parents regarding programs offered by the Centre
- Ensure timely and regular follow-ups with all leads until admission closure, with proper system updates
- Maintain and update student records and CRM/database
- Participate in outreach activities, events, open days, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission processing
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Promote the Centre’s programs, faculty strengths, and value proposition
- Provide accurate information and professional guidance to prospective students
- Prepare basic reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in sales, admissions, counseling, or education industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and convincing abilities
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, emails)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
