Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through professional outbound calls and digital platforms
- Engage potential customers confidently and identify their requirements
- Present automotive products and services effectively
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales opportunities
- Coordinate with field and regional sales teams for lead handover and closure
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, social media, email, and other digital channels
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance and pipeline reports
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Lead generation and cold calling expertise
- Customer handling and objection management
- CRM handling and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong time management and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or lead generation
- Prior experience in the automotive or related industry will be an advantage
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
