Job Overview

We are hiring Telesales Executives to convert leads into sales by calling industrial clients (factories, companies) and promoting our products (Roller Chains, Bearings, Industrial Equipment).

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing clients to generate sales
• Explain products and send quotations
• Follow up regularly to close deals
• Coordinate with sales team for order processing
• Maintain call records and sales pipeline

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000
• Commission: 1% – 5% on sales (uncapped)
• Performance bonuses
• High earning potential for closers

Requirements

• 1–3 years telesales / call center experience
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Ability to close deals over phone
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer & WhatsApp skills
