We are looking for motivated and target-driven Banking Tele sales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves promoting and selling banking credit card products through digital and telemarketing channels. Candidates should be energetic, persuasive, and focused on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone to promote banking credit card products.
• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and applications.
• Follow bank compliance and sales procedures.
• Handle customer queries and provide professional service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in banking tele sales, credit card sales, or financial product sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
