Key Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and convert potential clients interested in digital marketing solutions (Social Media, Google Ads, Web Development, Branding, etc.)
• Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and CRM management
• Present and explain the company’s digital services clearly and persuasively
• Build relationships with clients to understand their business goals and offer tailored marketing solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive calling and client engagement
• Collaborate with internal marketing and strategy teams for proposal preparation and campaign execution

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency or advertising setup
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to explain digital marketing concepts to clients who may be new to the space
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving measurable results
• Confident, self-driven, and positive attitude toward sales
