Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident female telesales executive who can connect with customers over the phone in regional South Indian languages. You will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product details, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirement).
• Excellent communication skills in any of the following languages:
• Tamil
• Malayalam
• Telugu
• Kannada
• Basic understanding of sales principles.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual ability (speaking more than one South Indian language).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage).
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented approach.
