About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our dynamic sales team for our Real Estate Ventures & Luxury Housing Projects. You will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our project features, generating qualified leads, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
  • Introduce company projects, highlight key benefits, and generate interest.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about property options.
  • Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure participation.
  • Maintain and update daily call reports and CRM entries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales / telemarketing (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or local language).
  • Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
