Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with prior direct sales (D2) experience to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads, and drive revenue through effective telephonic sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in D2 / tele sales / inside sales
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in healthcare / wellness / service-based sales (preferred)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
