TELESALES EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Telesales Executive with a background in telesales and some exposure to field sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting telecom products and services, and meeting sales goals through outbound calls and occasional in-person client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to market telecom products and solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate offerings
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales (field sales experience is an advantage)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar
