We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with leads, educate them on blood tests, Iv therapy, address their concerns, and convert them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through empathetic and professional communication
  • Understand customer needs and effectively address objections
  • Follow up with leads who have not converted and maintain CRM records
  • Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams for feedback and continuous improvement
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of telesales, call center, or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare or wellness)
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Confident, patient, and persuasive on calls
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
