Telesales Executive (Interior Design, Real Estate, or Construction)

Location: Dubai, Business Bay
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only

Offer:

• Base Salary + Commission + Benefits as per UAE Labor Law
• Junior Level (1–3 years exp): AED 4,500 – 6,000
• Senior Level (4+ years exp): AED 6,500 – 8,000+

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Telesales or Customer Service.
• Industry experience in Interior Design, Real Estate, or Construction is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
• Present company products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to support overall sales growth.

Interview Process:

• Pre-screen + Voice Script Assessment
• Interview with Sales Manager
• One-day trial in the call centre office (paid if selected)
• Successful candidates will begin on 1-month paid probation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
