Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our international sales team. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead engagement, and initial qualification of prospects for our B2B / SaaS offerings. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with high call volumes and aspire to grow into Sales Development (SDR) or Account Executive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US, UK, EU markets).
- Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Understand customer needs and schedule demos or meetings for senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections confidently and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Closers to improve lead quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, scripts, and sales processes.
- Follow compliance, data privacy, and company communication guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Cold Calling, SDR, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in night shifts for international clients.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, dialers, and lead lists.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales or SaaS sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience selling to US / UK markets.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, IT services, or software products.
