Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our international sales team. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead engagement, and initial qualification of prospects for our B2B / SaaS offerings. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable with high call volumes and aspire to grow into Sales Development (SDR) or Account Executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US, UK, EU markets).
  • Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
  • Understand customer needs and schedule demos or meetings for senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle objections confidently and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Closers to improve lead quality.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, scripts, and sales processes.
  • Follow compliance, data privacy, and company communication guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Cold Calling, SDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts for international clients.
  • Ability to work with CRM tools, dialers, and lead lists.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling to US / UK markets.
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, IT services, or software products.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
