IT TELESALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

· Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our telecom products and services.

· Identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and persuasive communication.

· Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

· Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers.

· Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.

· Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience of 2+ years in sales or marketing or similar industry.

· Minimum bachelor’s degree qualification required.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid QID and eligibility to work in Qatar.
