Telesales Executive ( Kannada or Telegu )

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inbound inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
