Telesales Executive (NIGHT SHIFT)

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries promptly.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with the sales team for effective business development.
