Job Overview
We are looking for a target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales while also supporting smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office functioning, actively manage and convert sales leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective coordination, follow-ups, and customer engagement. We are looking for an immediate joiner.
This is an office-based inside sales role suited for candidates who enjoy client interaction, multitasking, and ownership of sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales through active lead follow-ups and customer engagement
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and sales coordination activities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management
- Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking reports
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or sales coordination roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools
- Customer-focused with a clear sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience using CRM software
- Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting
- Exposure to business setup or professional services sales
