Job Description: Telesales Executive – Ridhira Living (Real Estate)

Position: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales

Experience: 1–4 years (Real estate telesales preferred)

About the Role

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving site visits for Ridhira Living’s real estate projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer handling capability, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and online inquiries.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits to interested prospects.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable project options.
  • Schedule and follow up on site visits for interested customers.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with prospects after site visits to support conversions.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets, lead targets, and site visit targets.
  • Build positive relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation ability.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales cycles (preferred).
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages (Telugu preferred).
  • Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in real estate telesales, customer service, or outbound calling is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
