Job Overview:

Fast Cell Repair Ltd is seeking a confident and professional Telemarketer who is fluent in English to handle outbound calls, engage customers, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. This is a full-time remote role for experienced candidates who can communicate clearly and persuasively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Communicate fluently and confidently in English with customers
• Promote mobile phone repair services effectively
• Generate leads, appointments, and sales
• Handle objections and customer questions professionally
• Maintain accurate call records and customer details
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams as required

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telemarketer or Call Center Agent
• Must be fluent in spoken English (clear accent and strong communication)
• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and calling tools
• Reliable internet connection and professional home setup

Working Hours:

• Full-time (fixed shift as per company requirements)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
