Telesales Executive / Telemarketing Executive

India

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive with experience in real estate sales and CRM . The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customer, following up on inquiries, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate projects.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.

Maintain and update leads data in Real Estate CRM software.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for sales teams.

Follow up with clients to ensure maximum conversion.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling / Telesales / Telemarketing.

Good knowledge of Real Estate CRM tools and lead management.

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).

Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a sales-driven approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month plus Attractive incentives
