Shift: 07:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced telesales closers for our U.S. Final Expense insurance campaign. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently manage calls end-to-end, close qualified leads, and consistently deliver results.

This is not a micromanaged or pressure-driven environment. We value accountability, performance, and long-term growth, offering a stable workplace for serious closers.

Key Responsibilities

• Close pre-qualified U.S. Final Expense insurance leads
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Maintain strong closing and conversion ratios
• Effectively manage objections and negotiate with prospects
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of closing experience in international telesales campaigns
• Prior experience in U.S. Life insurance campaigns (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset
