Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Female Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain company products/services professionally
• Generate leads and close sales
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions

Requirements

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Marathi/Gujarati speakers preferred
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and sales mindset
