Telesales-Female(Tagalog speaker)

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote attestation services (Educational, Personal, Commercial documents).
  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed orders.
  • Clearly explain attestation procedures, timelines, and pricing to clients.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve basic client queries and provide post-sales support where required.
  • Stay updated on attestation requirements for different countries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or call center experience (attestation or documentation background preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
