Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote attestation services (Educational, Personal, Commercial documents).
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Clearly explain attestation procedures, timelines, and pricing to clients.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve basic client queries and provide post-sales support where required.
- Stay updated on attestation requirements for different countries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or call center experience (attestation or documentation background preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
