Telesales Executive – Medical Clinic

Job Summary

Responsible for handling patient inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone calls, converting leads into confirmed appointments, following up on old data, and maintaining excellent patient relationships to increase bookings and clinic revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient inquiries through:
• Instagram Direct Messages
• WhatsApp Business
• Phone calls
• Explain clinic services, offers, and pricing clearly and professionally.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Follow up with old leads and existing patient databases.
• Update and manage patient data using CRM systems or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate appointments with front desk staff and doctors.
• Handle objections and frequently asked questions professionally.
• Achieve monthly booking and call targets.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare data regulations in Dubai.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales or customer service (medical field preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business and Instagram.
• Experience with CRM or medical booking systems is a plus.
