We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telesales and lead generation within the UAE market, coupled with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to engage with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients across the UAE.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate details of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and enhance client engagement.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, sales, or lead generation within the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results.
