Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

Job Description:

Royal Solar Energy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers over the phone, and promoting solar energy solutions to help clients save on energy costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote solar energy products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Record and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior telesales or telemarketing experience (solar energy industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office & CRM knowledge).
