Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team for a UK-based outbound sales campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, promoting products or services, and closing sales. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
• Clearly explain products/services and their benefits to encourage sales.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Update CRM systems with customer information and call details.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines, especially GDPR.
• Work closely with the sales team and report on campaign progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with UK culture and customer behavior is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
• Fluently in English Language
