Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential new customers to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their questions, concerns, and complaints, and provide information or resolve issues.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in databases, and document feedback for follow-up actions.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Sales and Performance: Meet sales targets and quotas and contribute to the overall performance of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Persuasion & Sales: Ability to persuade and convince customers about the product's value and drive conversions.
  • Customer Focus: A patient and customer-oriented approach to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with databases and record-keeping systems to manage customer information.
  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage tasks, and a results-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
