Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential new customers to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from existing customers, address their questions, concerns, and complaints, and provide information or resolve issues.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in databases, and document feedback for follow-up actions.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing communication.
- Sales and Performance: Meet sales targets and quotas and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Persuasion & Sales: Ability to persuade and convince customers about the product's value and drive conversions.
- Customer Focus: A patient and customer-oriented approach to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with databases and record-keeping systems to manage customer information.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
