Job Description:
DBL – Design Build Live is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls to mature leads in the real estate and construction sector, convert inquiries into sales, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualified and potential leads.
• Explain company services and project details to interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Inter)
• Prior telesales or real estate experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
