Job Description:

  • Identify & generate leads through social media, databases, web scraping & online platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Initiate outbound calls, mainly in the GCC region, achieving weekly targets.
  • Generate qualified leads, arrange weekly meetings, and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly targets as per the KPIs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms for content sharing & brand engagement
  • Participate in video marketing & promotional content as the face of Pixarch when needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business strategy and market development.
  • Excellent English communication, research, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Sales or Business Development role.
  • Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Social media savvy with strong online communication skills.
  • Presentable, energetic, and comfortable appearing on camera.
